We can achieve a lot after our first meeting through video chat, telephone, email and the private patient portal we will set up for you. Some appointments can be done through Telehealth successfully, but the first must be in person. The versatility of virtual appointments help us connect when you need support the most.
Investing in yourself is one of the hardest things to prioritize. Something always comes up or we convince ourselves we can manage symptoms later and all will be well. That works for awhile, until our bodies literally demand our attention ~ making it harder to recover or even start on the road to feeling our best again.
