At The Center for Intentional Health, our priority is listening to you so we can construct an individualized treatment approach based on your needs and health goals - together. The Functional Medicine model was chosen as it provides a foundation which practitioners can find the root cause of illness. From this approach, we have developed five unique programs for our clients - and chosen integrative medicine services that can be included into your plan of care to support your process. These then provide you with a program specific to your needs and goals.
Partner with us and we will create a path designed to make you independently healthy built on a foundation of detailed lab testing, thorough consultations, a personalized nutrition plan, and innovative, integrative health treatment options. The answer comes together with solutions that are aligned with each individuals unique physiology paired with identifying the cause of dysfunction when possible.
As a Family Nurse Practitioner, our provider can serve as a specialist, or your consultant to facilitate optimal care and communication with your existing primary care provider, to determine the cause of your condition(s) and identify effective options. These can often be overlooked due to limitations of time and resources in conventional medical care models. Personalized Care
We can achieve a lot after our first meeting through video chat, telephone, email and the private patient portal we will set up for you. Some appointments can be done through Telehealth successfully, but the first must be in person. The versatility of virtual appointments help us connect when you need support the most.
Investing in yourself is one of the hardest things to prioritize. Something always comes up or we convince ourselves we can manage symptoms later and all will be well. That works for awhile, until our bodies literally demand our attention ~ making it harder to recover or even start on the road to feeling our best again.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from MidAmerican Nazarene University and her first Masters degree in Molecular and Cellular Biolog
